Because manufactured homes are propped up, the floors can become weak over time, especially if they interact at all with water. You want to make sure that your mobile home’s floor is in good shape and the best way to do that is to put pressure with your foot around the toilet, sink and bath/shower to make sure the floor is in good shape.
If it feels weak, you will need to get that section replaced for safety.
